Indian Smartphone Brand Intex Technologies launched its budget-end Intex Aqua 5.5 VR Plus at Rs. 5,799 in India. The 5.5-inch HD IPS display, 4G Volte-enabled Aqua 5.5 VR Plus is exclusively available on Flipkart. Smartphone with VR capabilities launched last year in October and now, it launched the handset’s successor, the Intex Aqua 5.5 VR Plus. It is bundled with a VR headset. The smartphone will be available in Champagne colour.
Intex Aqua 5.5 VR Plus Features
The dual sim Intex Aqua 5.5 VR Plus comes with a 1.25GHz Quad-core MediaTek processor along with 2GB RAM. The device runs on Android Nougat 7.0 OS and a 2800 mAh Li-Ion battery. Intex’s new 4G VoLTE smartphone which comes with VR support boasts a 5.5 inch HD IPS display that is set to enhance the 3D live experience for the users.
The device is equipped with 8MP auto-flash rear camera and front LED flash 5MP selfie camera shooter for taking selfies. The Intex Aqua 5.5 VR Plus comes with 16GB of built-in storage, which is further expandable via microSD card (up to 128GB). The connectivity options offered by the smartphone include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth.

To recall, the Intex Aqua 5.5 VR also sports a 5.5-inch HD 720×1280 pixels display but packs a 1.2GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737V/W processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. The smartphone comes with inbuilt storage of 8GB, which is expandable via microSD card up to 32GB.
