Indian Smartphone Brand Intex Technologies on Wednesday launched the Intex Aqua Power IV smartphone in India at Rs. 5,499. The USP of the budget Intex Aqua Power IV smartphone is its massive 4000mAh battery and 4G VoLTE support. It will be made available in Gold and Black colour variants.

Intex Aqua Power IV Features

The Intex Aqua Power IV runs Android 7.0 Nougat and sports a 5-inch FWVGA 480×854 pixels display. The Intex Aqua Power IV smartphone is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor coupled with 1GB of RAM and an internal storage of 16GB, which can be expandable up to 128GB via a microSD card slot.

In terms of optics, the Intex Aqua Power IV comes with a 5-megapixel camera at the back and front. Both the cameras come with LED Flash. It is further loaded with features like face-detection, HDR and Panorama. Intex launched the Aqua Power 4 in two colours gold and black variants.

The key highlight of the Intex Aqua Power IV is its 4000mAh battery, which is pretty unique for a phone from Intex. The company says that the battery ensures a long lasting run. The handset measures 145×71.8×10.5mm and weigh 172 grammes.

Intex Aqua Power 4 comes preloaded with Gaana, QR Code scanner, which decodes the QR code automatically and shows the relevant information with buttons for the next steps to be taken. Furthermore, Xender is another noteworthy feature present in the phone which enable users to share files at any place or anytime “without using mobile data at 200 times faster speed than Bluetooth” says Intex. Aqua Power IV also comes with the features like — Prime Video, Tap & Buy and Vistoso.

This comes days after Intex launched the ‘Aqua Lions 3’ at a price of Rs 6,499. The Intex Aqua Lions 3 features a 5-inch, HD-IPS display supported with a 2.5D curved ‘DragonTrail’ glass which the company claims to provide a smooth touch and swipe experience. The 4G-Volte smartphone is powered by 1.25 GHz quad-core processor with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB internal memory which is expandable.

Last month Intex launched another Aqua series phone called the Intex Aqua S3 at a price tag of Rs 5,777. In terms of the specifications, the new Intex Aqua S3 is backed by a decent 2450mAh battery set-up. The handset is further powered with a high capacity charger that recharges the handset at a much lesser time. The 4G VoLTe smartphone comes with a 5-inch HD IPS display, powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor which is coupled with 2GB of RAM memory and inbuilt 8GB of internal storage which can be further expandable up to 64GB via microSD card. Aqua S3 runs on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system and is said to deliver smooth performance and multitasking feature. On the camera front, the 4G VoLTE smartphone comes packed with an 8-megapixel camera on the rear, while on the front the device fits a 5-megapixel front camera.
